Training Schedules

Exercising with a goal is much more enjoyable... That's why I'd be happy to create a training schedule for you. I can make these schedules for many different sports. Feel free to contact me to see if it works for your sport as well.

Based on your experience and preferences, I will create a training schedule for a minimum period of one week. We can always adjust the schedule along the way. If you would like guidance during your sports activities, I can also assist you as a personal trainer.
